Swiggy, Hero MotoCorp partner on vehicle access and road safety for delivery partners

Sep 10, 2026

Swiggy and Hero MotoCorp have announced a partnership to provide Swiggy Food Marketplace and Instamart delivery partners with access to two-wheeler purchase benefits, financing options and road safety training.

Under the partnership, Swiggy delivery partners can select a Hero MotoCorp two-wheeler through the Swiggy app and access exclusive pricing at participating Hero dealerships. They can also access financing options with loan-to-value of up to 90%, along with applicable interest rates and financing terms.

The partnership also includes road safety training for Swiggy riders under Hero MotoCorp’s CSR initiative, Ride Safe India. The programme will be conducted across India and will combine digital learning with instructor-led sessions covering preventive riding practices, hazard identification, traffic rules, responsible riding and emergency response.

The companies marked the partnership with a road safety training session for Swiggy delivery partners at Hero MotoCorp’s Traffic Training Park in Gurugram. Participants received a road safety kit that included a full-face helmet, medical kit, certificate and reflective safety vest.

For delivery partners, access to a personal two-wheeler can affect the cost, convenience and flexibility of carrying out deliveries. The partnership is intended to lower some of the barriers to vehicle ownership while also providing riders with road safety training.

“Our delivery partners are at the heart of everything we do, and we remain committed to building solutions that support their professional growth and enable them to have a better future,” said Saurav Goyal, Chief Operating Officer, Food Marketplace, Swiggy. “Through this exclusive partnership with Hero MotoCorp, we are making vehicle ownership more accessible with curated pricing, flexible financing, and a seamless purchase journey designed specifically for our delivery partners.”

Ashutosh Varma, Chief Business Officer, Hero MotoCorp, said the partnership would make mobility more accessible to delivery partners while incorporating road safety training into the initiative.

The purchase process has been integrated with the Swiggy app. Delivery partners can register their preferred Hero model through the app and connect with Hero MotoCorp systems to access the available product and financing benefits. They can also visit their selected Hero MotoCorp dealership, where dedicated customer support will assist with the purchase process.

The partnership combines two areas relevant to delivery work — access to personal mobility and rider safety — with the companies positioning the initiative as part of their efforts to support the livelihoods and working conditions of delivery partners.
